Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

We does not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or during holidays. The following holidays include:

• July 5th - the day after Independence Day

• Thanksgiving Day
• Black Friday - the day after Thanksgiving

We offers free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $50

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at anaststarrs@outlook.com as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility. We are unable to reroute a package once it has shipped.

We are not able to offer shipping to PO BOXES, APOS and FPOS.
